Yes. These are the guidelines for exchanging items:

  • Our exchange policy allows for item(s) return and replaces item(s)

However, we do have a few simple requirements for processing exchange.

 

You may want to return your order due to any of the ff reasons:

Reasons Description
Objective Reason Damaged The product is damaged in delivery.
Defective The product does not function as described by its manufacturer specification.
Incorrect / Wrong Item Not the product the customer ordered (eg. wrong size or wrong color).
Missing Items / Parts Missing items / parts as indicated in the packaging.
Website Error The product does not match website specifications, descriptions or images (this issue is attributable to a website error / misinformation).


Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

  1. It is within thirty (30) days from the delivery date for items sold by makotoshop, or within seven (7) days from the delivery date for items sold by Third Party Merchants. Product detail pages on makotoshop indicate the seller of the respective product
  2. You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement).
  3. The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list .
  4. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
  5. The product must not have been used or installed 
  6. All sealed items must not be opened.

In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on your warranty card.

    • Fill out Personal Information
    • Click "Make Order"
    • Confirm Order via Email
    • Pay Total Amount via BDO bank Deposit
    • Send (Photo/Copy) of Deposit Slip
    • Process & Delivery
    • Recieve Order Information
  • Choose the product you want and go to its product page.
  • You will see if the product is in stock or out of stock.
    • If the product you’re looking for is not in the website it may be out of stock or phased out item

  • You can track your return status using the tracking number provided to you by our logistic partners

 

  • You can track your order by these steps.

  • For non-registered users:
    1. You should input your email & order ID
    2. Click the ">" button to proceed.
    3. You will be transferred  to the status of your order
       
  • For registered users:
    1. You should input your order ID
    2. Click the ">" button to proceed.

  • Check e-mail for notification of your order. Once order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail and text notification of your order being processed, shipped and delivered.

 

 

  1. Print label and authorization
    • Login to your account.
    • Go to “Cart”.
    • Pick the order to return and click “Exchange”.
    • Fill in the online Exchange form.
    • Print out/screen shot/download exchange invoice and include it in your returned package.

NOTE: our online exchange form can only be accessed when your item has been delivered. In case you have already received your item but still see this message “item not yet delivered” and cannot access the exchange form, kindly notify us through E-mail and SMS so we can assist you promptly.

  1. Prepare package
    • Include the item(s) you want to Exchange + return slip + all invoices in one package.
  2. Attach return label
    • Stick the label outside the package
  3. Ship it
    • Please send the package to us at our office located in 222. E Rodruigez Sr, Ave., Quezon City.
    • We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your return. You will receive an E-mail and SMS once the returned items are received at our warehouse.
